Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

National postage within South Africa will be via either Postnet to Postnet, Aramex or The Courier Guy. Our aim is to keep you happy, so you have a few options. We will always try to use the most economical option for you, which will depend on the size and weight of your order.

Payments made through our payment portals or Zapper will be dispatched as quickly as possible, no longer than two working days. Payments via eft will be dispatched on funds clearing.

Your tracking details will be forwarded to you as soon as we have dispatched your order,so you can follow its progress. All packages will be sent road freight.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you receive your package and you aren’t entirely happy, don’t stress, we’re here to help.

So as not to confuse you with babble, lets break down as simply as possible what can and can't be returned for either a refund or exchange. Here are a few guidelines to get familiar with before making your purchase.

We stand by our clothing, they are all made by us and with love and care. We’ve quality checked them ourselves, because we’re excited for you to own and wear them……..but….sometimes something slips through the cracks…..( we hope it doesn’t!) But it can happen.

Please email us on within a week of delivery if you’re not happy, or it just isn’t the right size.

  1. Returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED If you received something damaged please email us immediately with a photo of the damage so there are no grey areas, and so we can deal with it as efficiently as possible, arrange for its return and refund you in full within 7 days of receipt and confirmation of damage.

  2. All returns for either refund or exchange must be done with 14 days of purchase.

  3. Lets be honest we would rather, definitely, no question prefer you love our clothes and buy from us again, so if it doesn’t fit or just wasn’t what you expected, we will happily exchange it for the correct size or something of equal value within two days of receiving your return ( unless it’s the weekend, because….that’s pretty unrealistic in our fair land, we will probably be chilling with a glass of wine)

  4. Smaller items such as face jewels, hair extensions and glitters are unfortunately not eligible for return.

  5. We will cover postage on damaged items, other returns are for your account.
